It seems to be working fine, which is strange considering it is a Shopify-made app. By the way, there is a bug with the official Bundles created using the new official app. In fact, bundles are always showed as not in stock in the chat on buyer side (of course they are not). They appear in stock from admin side, even in Inbox, but not on the chat. That's strange and must be solved asap

chat icon is directly over Checkout button for some themes and diasables function of it. not recommended...

Easy to set up and use. The phone app makes responding to messages super easy no matter where I am.
Is there a way to have it optional providing the name and email address to continue the chat? It might discourage people from starting a chat at all if they want to ask just a quick question.
Hi, thank you for your review. For context, the reason behind the email address requirement prior to chatting is to allow merchants to follow up with customers in case they leave the chat or store. For a free app it works fine. If basic message templates were added for instant answers that would save us a lot of time. Other apps have them. Easy, peasy.

Such a great app helps us manage all our messages to the best of our abilities and keeps our chat organized.
So far it's been an extremely helpful app. When customers make an inquiry my phone app pings so I can answer it right away. Customers are loving the direct contact. I love having a written record of the inquiries for reference. Customers who take the time to ask a question oftentimes end up making a purchase soon after. It will be interesting to see the reduction in abandoned shopping carts due to customers getting their questions answered quickly and knowing they can contact a human which builds trust.
The app is simple, intuitive, and has plenty of customization options. The mobile app makes it easier to ensure a team member is available to respond at any time.

I love it! It takes away all the junk and sales emails although they are sneaking in here and there! It makes the conversation flow and doesn't get lost in emails! It makes our customer experience much better!
El servicio de shopify inbox es bueno pero estaría mejor que fue in-app y no otra ventana. Esa función haría que la mensajería sería más rápida y eficiente.

At peak times, our storefront is so busy, we just can't answer the phone! We refer our customers to the online chat feature of our Shopify Inbox so that we can get back to them with complete answers or they can access the instant answers in the Inbox.
This app has helped us tremendously with answering customer questions before and after orders! Innovative way to stay in contact with customers as they have questions.
