A really convenient application to connect with new and existing customers. You can also setup automatic responses in case you cannot answer right away, that's cool.
Works great so far! Havent had any issues any issues and keeps me in contact with my customers. Enjoying the services offered by Shopify.
So far so good. Absolutely love this app and I think it's very crucial for any business as a way to give future and current customers an easier way to contact you.
es gibt kein schliessen Button und man kann das Fenster auch nicht klein und dezent machen. Auf jeder Seite taucht es ungefragt wieder auf. Einstellungsmöglichkeiten sehr bescheiden.

This app is amazing! Having the chat box option in our online store helps tremendously with automatically answering repetitive questions. We would love it if there was an option to embed URLs, as well as the ability to add images to replies. Hopefully, that upgrade will come soon!

Never had any issues with this app at all. Does exactly what it is supposed to, and is easy to use. I haven't had any complaints from customers trying to chat either.
Having a direct connection with your customers and effectively addressing their problems can lead to positive changes and satisfaction for your customers.
Really good, it's reduced our email enquiries and increased sales. Would love to see more automations in the app
Shopify Inbox has served us very well over the years, however I would like to disable the recently introduced CATCHPA on the Inbox Chat. I do not believe this feature is serving us well. It reduces considerably the number of opportunistic chats that are taking place. Our potential customers do not want to jump through hoops to chat with us. Just add this option to the settings. In the meantime I am tempted to look for something else to replace Inbox.

was very good. I can speak with my clients every day, every hours. It is a good and useful application.
It looks good, however, can't figre out how to configure answers to FAQ, that should be a simple feature. If I can't do that I will have to uninstall as there will be a lot of messages that are only a waste of time to answer.

Now that Facebook and Instagram are no longer integrated, we need to look for another app. This app had potential, but now sadly is slightly better than useless

Just enabled chat 2 hours ago and have already received 8 spam messages. What can we do to block these spammers?

Spam messages are often an unfortunate inevitability when you open up lines of communication on your store, but you can block messages within Inbox when you see that they are spam. Great potential BUT so many flaws that I'm looking for an alternative now.... 1-Like all other reviews, I don't like that profiles are being created when someone enters their email address - I doubt this is even legal (following current privacy/GDPR regulations) 2-The fact that customer have to screenshot an image so I can see what product they're talking about is not practical. The app should be able to automatically "capture" whatever product-page they're contacting me from (other apps do this). 3-I should be able to reply to these people via text (instead of -or as well as - email). I've lost sales because of this. A customer may not see a reply if it's sent to their email inbox, even if I reply within minutes. That email may even end up in their spam folder and I don't have the time to be chasing POTENTIAL-customers individually. Good things: the design is beautiful. Installing the application super easy. The FAQs feature is beautifully designed and so easy to use/customise (the faq-suggestions given are amazing).
