It is a very good app and easy to use and interact with customers. The auto answer facility is superb and easy to use
It would have been ok if it didnt conflict with chrome. If you look at the site under developer tools it shows up as a javascript error. That is why I had to remove this app.

Console messages from the Inbox chat widget are often harmless layout notices tied to your theme rather than a Chrome-breaking conflict, and genuine theme conflicts can usually be sorted out. Da mobile funziona molto bene, da pc desktop si perdono troppi secondi prima di arrivare alla chat vera e propria. Un'altra cosa importante, se un cliente ha nel frattempo un carrello, lo stesso si può vedere nella colonna a destra ma la descrizione delle varianti viene nascosta.. ed è importantissima.
