Perfect! No bells and whistles. The app on the phone works great. :) Just what we needed for simple customer communication.

Love this... Im always surprised how well it answers customers queries and has helped me close quite a few sales!!

It's really glitchy. There is no doubt that it is a powerful conversion tool, but it's far too glitchy with messages not loading or coming through instantly, meaning the customer drops off whilst waiting for a response. The AI auto messaging feature is also poor, if you start typing a message, the AI auto message feature will then completely overwrite your message.
