A little glitchy and often does not load, forcing one to log in to Shopify to access the app. Time-consuming! When it works smoothly, it is excellent and allows me to have real-time conversations with customers. But it still needs work to function smoothly and consistently. The phone app on Android is especially temperamental.

For the Android loading issues, a few things often help: update the app to the latest version, then clear its cache and data in your device settings, reinstall, and log back in.
