This app desperately needs inbound email capabilities. Once they have that I'll switch from Intercom. But until then, its just not featured enough to make the switch!

wish it had more customization features given how long it's been out but overall it's decent. Better than mixing in customer messages into my inbox.

Esta muy bien y es rápida, me gustaria poder enviar iconos para hacerlo mas humano pero esta genial.

Easy to use and very intuitive. I even like how the messages popped up on my iWatch. This way, I know never to miss a message and I can see them immediately- even when I'm not near a computer. I didn't even have to enter in the proper settings to do this- it was just automatic.
