So far I'm really happy with it. I like how I can share discounts, see what's in their cart and more. I hope they add more options, like AI replies to certain questions that are not necessarily instant answers as we don't need a dozen or more options available there. However, some questions we are asked often could be answered with trained AI responses like we had in another free chat app we used up until switching to Inbox.

I love how I get the message via my private cellphone and my desktop computer at the same time. It makes response time very fast! Thank you!

The app works great, but I need to be able to (automatically) translate instant answers to customers language (i.e. Dutch for Dutch customers etc). Please implement this, thank you!

The Shopify Inbox app is really great and very helpful. It would be even better if customers could submit their phone number before contacting support. Also, image quality becomes low when sending images, which needs improvement. Other than that, everything is excellent.
