Very useful app! It makes chatting with customers easy and helps close more sales. Highly recommend for any Shopify store.

All I get is vendors bothering me with solicitation in digital marketing, SEO, sales, exposure, etc. Everyone is an expert. It is just freaking annoying getting messages from all these communication channels by vendors. Messenger from facebook is the same. Worst yet is after you ask them to stop they continue even harder as to why they are soliciting you and justifying the continuation of messages. But yet not one customer for an authentic purchase. Lol.

It helps a lot but when something particular or out of ordinary is involved into the conversation, I need to edit it a bit.

Realmente es una ayuda muy grande para resolver dudas. Si bien todo lo respondemos de forma manual y no tenemos nada "pre escrito" es muy práctica para crear vínculo con el cliente
