Its a decent free app and will continue to use. Its very basic with no options for ticket agent allocation and no reporting. It shows order and customer information but it doesnt give a link to the product page the customer is looking at, it tells you the page title and then you have to guess

Loathe the automatic opt in on "Shopify Magic" AI responses; on-phone app always shows notifications when there are none. No positive feedback for this app.

God chatfunktion, men jeg kan ikke se noget data/analyser på henvendelserne, svartider osv. - det er rigtig irriterende.

Super happy with this app. I don't care for the automated responses, but I know I just need to go in and figure out how to turn that off. Other than that, I'm thrilled. Thank you so much!

We have tried many other chat apps and this version of Shopify Inbox has been the easiest for my team and customers to use effectively! We felt a drastic increase in use by our customers once we switched to Inbox and my team has easily been able to communicate back and forth resolving issues, answering product questions, and supporting our customers.

For the most part it does a great job answering questions while we are closed. I am pretty happy with this system.
