Easy to use and a lot of features
Excellent. It works according to my expectations.
We just made the switch over to inbox, and while you can set hours for chat, it doesn't mean anything apparently because it still sends push notifications to your phone even at 2am, outside of the hours set in the app settings. Super annoying. Seems like a pretty basic issue that should be figured out.

Incredibly user-friendly and the AI-generated responses are surprisingly good after a week or two of learning!
Easy peasy. Works well for chat. Would be an absolute killer app if it could accept and manage inbound emails rather than just through the widget.
We like the opportunities that this app provides, but it should allow us to reach out to our visitors. It would be more proactive if we can be assistive, rather than wait for someone to reach out to us. People often don't ask questions. Also could benefit to vet and stop spam. We get a lot of unwanted sales pitches.
Works really well, customers use it and has let to conversions. Great!
Très intuitif et très pratique pour les clients qui veulent avoir une réponse rapide plutôt que de passer par un mail. Cependant certains pensent que c'est une IA et se déchainent un peu sur la messagerie .. N'y aurait-il pas possibilité d'avoir une bannière pour leur expliquer quand ils arrivent sur la messagerie ? Sinon application au top je compte bien la garder !
Think the inbox is great, keeps everything organised and notifications come through to website/email easily. I have found setting up laptop notifications a little more tricky.
I have no idea how people use this application on desktop. The application has had bugs since the last update last year. The Inbox app just times out and continues loading for 20 to 30 minutes. It is unusable through the Shopify desktop admin.
