Better. Integrated. More efficient than competitor and believe it or not it's Free ! I would definitely pay for Inbox otherwise.
This is one of the best customer messaging systems. It keeps the previous conversation records, which makes it easy to communicate with the customer. The only thing is that you can not send PDF files or Excel invoices.
KLanten apprecieren het directe contact en voor de klantendienst is het een snellere manier ( i vgl met mail) om inzicht te hebben in wie de klant is. We zouden de chat graag kunnen starten vanuit een order in Shopify. Bv wanneer een levering vertraging heeft of een product niet in voorraad is willen we via de chat in contact komen met de klant. Komt dat nog ?
Its a decent free app and will continue to use. Its very basic with no options for ticket agent allocation and no reporting. It shows order and customer information but it doesnt give a link to the product page the customer is looking at, it tells you the page title and then you have to guess
Loathe the automatic opt in on "Shopify Magic" AI responses; on-phone app always shows notifications when there are none. No positive feedback for this app.
God chatfunktion, men jeg kan ikke se noget data/analyser på henvendelserne, svartider osv. - det er rigtig irriterende.
Super happy with this app. I don't care for the automated responses, but I know I just need to go in and figure out how to turn that off. Other than that, I'm thrilled. Thank you so much!
