Il serait préférable que sur l'application mobile une notification soit envoyée lorsque nous nous faisons déconnecter de l'app... car sans cela, nous ratons de nombreux messages...

Easy to use. Sometimes there is a delay of a few minutes before a chat message is delivered on my phone, but overall, it's a helpful app.

Its a very good communication tool between customers and businesses. Easy and to the point answers. No, looks like the AI actually writes the perfect answers for you too.

Works perfectly, the only downwside is that it's a separate app from the main Shopify app. Would be cool if it was built-in but it works perfectly! I've got a live chat setup with lots of FAQ that people can select and receive instant answers, or I can talk to them live if need be.
