Would appreciate and prefer an 'unsend' button feature just incase there's a mistake in the message sent.
This is a great tool if the app can be monitored by staff during business hours. Push notifications are inconsistent and and email notifications are delayed. When customers use the chat function there is a predisposed expectation that there will be near instantaneous communications.
It's great, I am able to always answer questions quickly for prospective customers. Gives me access to all relevant data about the customers too. Good job, shopify!
use it everyday to run my online store
Easy to use both for us and the customers, and responses are quick. Automated responses work wonders if one knows how to set them up properly. Also showcases the chat on the customer's activity log. Looking for more innovations ahead! Cheers!
It's wonderful! I have a long way to go to get my business really successful but Shopify is clear and understandable for this 70 year old lady. The Inbox works well
So far, it's been pretty good. It has led to a couple of orders and makes it easy to respond to customers from anywhere. I'm going to start trying some of the automated responses soon.
