One of the best customer services I've experienced in any of the business I've dealt with, Lisa was very quick and very knowledgeable. Made my whole experience at Jet Print an incredible experience. Their app and system is very friendly user as well.

Goede POD, makkelijk ontwerpen uploaden en uitstekende klanten service. Als je een vraag stelt via de chat of als je een probleem hebt, krijg je snel antwoord. Pas had ik een storing waarbij de mockups niet zichtbaar waren in mijn shop en melde dit via de chat. Ze hebben echt alles in het werk gesteld om het op te lossen. Dit duurde een paar dagen maar hebben mij steeds goed op de hoogte gehouden. Heel fijn bedrijf.

The shoe customization options are impressive, with an extensive variety to choose from. The design possibilities are exciting, and I appreciate the creative freedom offered. Unfortunately, there's no feature to save works in progress, which is frustrating when creating complex designs. The app's stability issues are also concerning — frequent freezes force users to restart their design process from scratch, wasting time and effort.

I enjoy using this app, but I have some suggestions for the developer to improve it. Firstly, I would appreciate it if the size of the content could be increased, as it can strain the eyes.Currently waiting on response from JET I hope there is a fix or I am doing something wrong because I love their options

I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR THIS FEATURE SINCE APRIL 2024. FOR DESIGNING THE SHOES IF EACH TEMPLATE COULD BE SEPARATED SO WE CAN DESIGN EACH PART AND ASPECT OF THE SHOE. THE APP WAS JUST UPGRADED AND ITS DISAPPOINTING THAT THIS WASN'T ADDRESSED.

I am not happy with the design strategy. The designs don’t align well because there’s no auto fit or boundaries to put them in place. They slide all over the place. I was unsuccessful after a whole hour trying to mirror my shoe designs so no, I’m not satisfied with my experience.

Upgrade your app by adding click one Radio button to update the cost of the product. add one price change for all. Part two, add lock image into place. So it does not move.

For example, with product number 312, if you adjust the price for the "Black" option, it will automatically update the prices for both "Men" and "Women" options under that attribute. However, for products with a single attribute, such as just "size," the price cannot be uniformly modified during synchronization at this time. We have noted your feedback, and it has been added to our development waiting list. Second, we won't be considering the layer-locking function for now since we allow multiple layers to be dragged and moved together. If you don't want to move a specific layer, simply select the other layers instead. If you have any further suggestions or need assistance, please reach out to our customer service team.
