I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR THIS FEATURE SINCE APRIL 2024. FOR DESIGNING THE SHOES IF EACH TEMPLATE COULD BE SEPARATED SO WE CAN DESIGN EACH PART AND ASPECT OF THE SHOE. THE APP WAS JUST UPGRADED AND ITS DISAPPOINTING THAT THIS WASN'T ADDRESSED.

hello,i just upload the product from ur website,but in my store,says this produkt is already sold out,i dont know why,because ur webiste is already connected with my store,can u find out the reason for me,shoul i complete some details in ur website ?

I ordered one of my own designs and it was ok, honestly all jetprint needs is more jacket styles, men and women's clothing.

I would like to rate them higher, but my design was not followed. The logo was to be white, it's gray. Also, the wording on the laces is upside down.

Let's address the specific problems you mentioned and provide a solution. Regarding the logo color: The logo was intended to be white, but it appears gray due to the black surface of the shoes. The black background can sometimes show through the white print, creating the gray appearance you noticed. For the issue with the wording on the laces: The shoes and shoelaces are printed separately and then assembled. Normally, we align the letters so they are correct when the shoes face forward. However, your design required the opposite alignment, leading to the reversed text. We have reported this issue to the relevant department to ensure closer inspection during assembly in the future. While we cannot change the logo color due to production constraints, we can offer a solution for the shoelace problem. We are happy to send you a replacement shoe buckle, allowing you to reassemble the laces correctly. Thank you for your understanding and patience. I really like the variety of shoe styles you offer. However, I find it hard to use the design page and layer my patterns for each piece. It would be nice if each shoe or side of the shoe could be a different area or if I could zoom more. Also, I tried saving my design to come back and edit it later, but I was not able to figure out if that is a function. All I could do with my saved design was copy, delete, or order.

not too happy with app, the personalized items does not work on some of the items.

I think JetPrint has a really great selection of products, and I experienced great customer service when I had question. The sample product I ordered arrived much sooner than expected which was a Huge plus! I am a bit disappointed however in the product I received. I ordered the Diving Cloth Tote bag with PU Leather Handle. It printed very vibrant however the material used has deep permanent wrinkles all over the product that a customer would not be able to remove. Also, the smell is very strong like paint or polyurethane. That can't be healthy. I could not keep it in my room because of the smell. This would be a beautiful product however the fabric must change. I would be concerned about sending it to a customer as is unfortunately. I am willing to give JetPrint another try. I have ordered other samples to check out the qualty. I am hoping for better. This is an update to my previous review. Customer service follow-up was excellent. I let the item sit out for a week to air out and the smell has definately diminished. It's still there but seems to be diminishing each day. I will not iron the product as suggested I am concerned that the print would be affected as well as the fabric itself as it is very soft. I am noticing the wrinkles are becoming less with each day. I am very happy about this. As the image on the product turned out beautiful. It would be a matter of explaining this to the customer before purchase to avoid bad reviews.

I think it takes too long to hear response back from Customer Service. People are starting to make orders and have questions about their orders I can't answer.

Seven days ago, we sent you a production request, awaiting your confirmation before proceeding to avoid any unnecessary issues. Your reply was received three days ago, and on the same day, our customer service team notified the production department to adjust the color of the shoes. Today, we received your inquiry about the status of your order, and I'm pleased to inform you that we have upgraded your shipping method to the fastest available option at no additional cost.

Nice App. You need more current shoes, Chunky, Big Bottoms, Stacks etc. MOre comperable to popular brand styles. I do like the app though.

The Stars are for the products available on the platform they're great but the designing process is Abit frustrating with very few designing tools for example there's no creat patterns option and u can't scale the design or it will be low resolution please and more designing options. Thanks

The products are always great however it has been brought to my attention by a customer of mine that the shoe size conversion from EU to US is in some instances wrong. For instance my customer purchased a US size 10 and received an EU 47, but in fact it should have been an EU 44. Today is April 11th 2024, the day of your reply. Firstly how would showing you a picture of the item change the fact that your size chart is clearly wrong? In a nut shell Shopify sided with the customer and gave her a full refund and the customer didn’t return the shoes, which means I lost out twice. So replying 4 months later is really a bit of an insult and I have long since removed all of your products from my website.

The app is fine, no problems. Integrated with Shopify no problem. Ordered samples will decide whether the actually supplier is great or poor after I see the results.

There are great products on Jetprint, but I wish the process to create Personalized products was easier. I also would like to be able to copy my products to make different variations, instead of having to start from scratch for each new product. When I am creating my products, there is not an option to add a design from the DIY side unless I am making an order. This is frustrating.

Great variety of product but POD designing is difficult instead just separate slots for each placement, all of the placement are in one layout. And it’s troubling to go back and edit the placements. Actually I can’t do it. This limits my ability to copy my template and make duplicates as variants. I really like Jet prints products but the ability to design is very low compare to the other POD companies I use.

Great catalog, especially the shoe and sneakers, however i am experiencing issues when trying to upload images , it tells me unable to upload due to "unstable connection". however on any other app I have no problems uploading the very same images. If this problem can be resolved then it will be the best app to use.

Very hard to use after you save your products you can't edit the design. The review minimun 100 character......Very bad app

Currently, uploaded design drawings cannot be modified directly, you can adjust the design and upload it to recreate a new product to replace the existing one. We've sorted out your question to our technical department, and they've already started to optimize this problem. Really sorry for the temporary inconvenience here, but it will surely be updated in the near future
