I just received my sample watch from JetPrint and I am beyond pleased. The quality of the print and watch is great! I had another watch POD supplier but their sample cannot compare with JetPrint. The customer service is also superb. They are very receptive to providing additional services that don't yet exist and are very responsive to my questions. The only drawback is that shipping does take a bit of time since products are coming from China but the quality makes up for it.

I didn't really get into the app so I'm leaving a neutral review but the prices at wholesale are outrageous, and there's no way I can turn a profit through them. Especially not in Canada. Thanks though.

First of all, the support is 5/5 stars alone, Jennifer and her team are super helpful. The watch quality (Steel Strap Watches is what I've ordered) is great, the print quality is superb, the box they come in is also great, the presentation is great. The only product I've tested from them is the Steel Strap Watch and I can say it's top notch quality for POD, there's no one at the moment that is even close to offering the same level of quality as them in the Watch category.

A lot of nice watches on offer to place in your store and at reasonable prices, makes my site look much better

I loved the phone grips and added a ton of those to my store. The quality of production is good but the shipment is very very slow. Every order takes over 4 weeks to complete. Add this app only of you are going to hold inventory because the both fulfilment and shipping is super slow. They seem to add or remove products from from inventory as they please. One day 90% of my products from this store went out of stock without notice. They dodnt bring it back till i pointed it out. The chat service was great at first but the response became slower over time. Its just one person and she’s very sweet and seemed overworked.

Their customer service is awesome, and the quality of their watches was better than I expected. I was surprised at how slim the watches I ordered were. The mock ups of the watches make the faces look bigger than they actually are.

Really great app, easy to use with beautiful mockups and clear description of the product. My costumer just received her watch and she is very happy with it. Very good quality of the watch and the print also. Great costumers service. Jennifer was very helpful. Really nice experience to work with.

Very interesting product, but terrible support! I can not get an answer to my question 2 days! Hire a normal support department! I'm changing my rating! After writing the feedback, support was excellent.
