Update: I ordered 3 phone grips in February and I received two. The third came blank. I was told I would receive both a refund and a free phone grip. Neither of which has happened. Each time I ask, I get no tracking info nor any real information regarding my transaction. Needless to say I am disappointed as I still like their watches but am now reconsidering my relationship wit this company. Great customer service. My watch arrived on time but in an Avengers box. Express service is truly express and everyone loves the watch. Minus the box hiccup, I like the watches.

This 5-star review is after I received my first order. First of all, the customer service of JetPrint is great. Jennifer and her team has been very helpful and response. The manufacture that produced our test order did a great job too. I strongly recommend JetPrint. The JetPrint app also works great; so convenient to add product variants and easily integrates with your shop. They deserve 5 star! Keep up the great customer service and work, Jennifer.

Wow this app is amazing, its a must have, will use it again and again. Absolutely recommend it to a friend 100%. I think i will have fun with this one, its so easy to understand and use. Great App.

I cannot believe how awesome their customer support is. Seriously, they are nice, they do anything they can to help you out, the answer your questions as fast as they can (really fast). It's a shame I built my store using an other app before this one ; my only negative experience about JetPrint is that I should have used WAY earlier !!!!!!!! I recommend this app to anyone who wants to sell watches... They're even going to add some new product with their V2.0 ! I can't wait :)
