We've been using Joy for over a year now. It's user-friendly and easy to use + the helpdesk is always there in case you have a quick question or issue about customer points. Their rep Hana was very helpful and quick to answer my concern about overlapping buttons on our website :) Easy fix when you have the right type of help!

The app is easy to use and setup is straightforward. The loyalty features work well for basic needs and do what they’re supposed to. What really stands out is the support team, they’re super responsive and very helpful. Overall, nothing too fancy, but it gets the job done nicely.

We’re still in the process of setting up the app and migrating our existing users to Joy Reward. Throughout this journey, the support team and backend technician have been outstanding. Audrey and her team have consistently provided patient, thorough assistance, answering all our questions with care and dedication.
