Je suis très satisfaite de Joy. C’est de loin la meilleure application de fidélité que j’ai testée — et j’en ai essayé beaucoup. Les fonctionnalités sont complètes, le tarif est adapté, même pour les petites structures, et l’expérience globale est fluide et efficace. Petit bémol toutefois : les traductions ne sont disponibles que sur le plan supérieur, ce qui est un peu dommage. Mais honnêtement, cela reste un détail face à la qualité du service. Le support est ultra réactif, 24/7, ce qui est franchement impressionnant. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce travail remarquable, merci à alyssa.

Great loyalty and rewards app. Hana was amazing in helping create a page and a widget for our store for our customers to easily access their loyalty rewards. overall a lovely and easy experience.

The Joy Rewards Avada team has been incredibly friendly and approachable since the start of our journey with them. They’re available around the clock, so you can always reach someone on live chat whenever you need assistance. While there are a few setups not yet available in the app, I’m confident they’ll consider these improvements moving forward. Special shoutout to the amazing team members I’ve interacted with on live chat, Audrey, Alyssa, Jade, Sonny, and Abby, who have all been super helpful with my inquiries. Ottima app, stabile e con tante funzionalità disponibili. Molto apprezzabile che sia disponibile anche in Italiano e possa essere utilizzata sia per il webstore sia su Shopify POS. Il supporto è super gentile e si mette subito in moto quando c'è un problema. Finora hanno sempre risolto tutto in modo veloce e preciso. Complessivamente molto contenti.

L’application est très intuitive et fonctionne parfaitement pour gérer un programme de fidélité professionnel. Mention spéciale à Audrey de l’assistance, qui est toujours réactive, claire et efficace. Son accompagnement a vraiment facilité la mise en place de l’outil. Je recommande.
