The setup process is very straightforward with step-by-step guidance, which makes it easy to get started. Special thanks to Sonny for the great support — the customer service team is always available, very responsive, and helpful. Overall, a really good experience, and I’d recommend this app to other merchants looking to build a loyalty program!

The Joy: Loyalty Program & Rewards app is just what we needed at The Dock Drop! This gives us the ability to customize our rewards program, and we were able to build it out just as we had designed. Entre todos os sistemas de fidelidade que já testei, nenhum se compara ao Joy, sobretudo quanto ao time que presta suporte. Que está sempre disposta em ajudar e lhe auxiliar no mínimos detalhes. Eu não teria outra ferramenta a indicar se não o Joy, muito robusta e funcional, faz o cliente realmente querer fazer parte do programa de fidelidade. Mais do que super indico.

Great app for our vape company and offers our customers a lot of perks, and repeat business does everything we need. The Support is amazing. Just used the support for the first time, and Hana was great, got everything sorted quickly.
