The support provided by this company is absolutely the very best. I have used many, many apps over my 10+ years with Shopify and the support offered by Joy is top notch. I especially want to shout-out Hana. She guides me through, step by step, with helpful screenshots anytime I have a question on making changes or initial setup. Highly recommend asking for Hana when you are stuck!

We have been using Joy Loyalty for a few years now. It is not only feature rich but increadibly easy to adapt to our business. The support from the team has been incredible, special shout out to Hana for assisting with some integration issues I was having. Highly recommend for Omnichannel (Online+PoS) sellers.

Great app for loyalty programs with Shopify. Easy to install, configure, and use. We had a small issue and received great customer support with Hana.

This app is excellent, the best I have found for loyalty rewards. It's also the best-looking and most customizable. The customer service is top-notch, Audrey and everyone else has been so helpful!
