Poor customer service. They state they have a 30-day money back guarantee; however, they will refuse or make excuses as to why they can't process the refund (even though it's been within the time frame AND you've uninstalled the app). It appears this app was made to mimic SmileIO, but has a lot of bugs and needs a lot more work to get to their potential. Time consuming to set up and the worst part is the emails are unable to be edited and they have incorrect grammar within their template. Lots of promises to roll out new features, but reading prior reviews that is also smoke and mirrors. *update - still waiting for refund a week later

Amazing customer service! Hana fixed my problem within minutes and i didn't have to do anything. She did it all from her end. I currently only have the free version of Joy, but after the great customer service and definitely will sign up for the paid version. Thanks Hana for the process simple and fast.

They listened carefully, understood my needs patiently, and most importantly, grasped what I aimed to achieve. My situation was quite complicated and took some time to resolve. Customer support is good & Not too much for the better plans and a free to use option and easy to learn how to use. as i do with my website. A woman name lydia helped me and was kind.

Lots of great features, easy to use and loads fast - had a few issues during set up but Hana was very helpful and quick to respond! The live chat support is useful to have when there are any problems or if you have questions.
