I'm still testing the app, but I can say that the customer support is truly fantastic. Thanks to Hana for the setup help, thank you so much. I hope I'll be happy with the app too.

Le paramétrage de l'application en version gratuite est très laborieuse, j'avoue que je ne suis même pas sure de la garder. Mais heureusement les agents comme Hana m'aide sinon j'aurais déjà abandonner. La traduction est mauvaise donc difficile quand on est pas bilingue.
Update 2/11: Suite à vos retours, nous avons revu et mis à jour les traductions françaises dans l’application afin que le widget affiche désormais un français cohérent sur l’ensemble des textes visibles par vos clients. I was having issues getting the look and feel of the app to match my store. I contacted support via chat and was assisted by Hana. I explained what I wanted it to look like. I stepped away for a meeting and when I returned Hana had the app streamlined and matched exactly what I was looking for

We started to use JOY Program and it's encouraging more customers to purchase. The points system is encouraging, customers can later redeem their points for discounts. If you get the higher plan, customers can even trade their points for free products, which gives your store a nice "gift shop" section. Hana was so nice in helping us get verified. Amazing support!

Pretty good! It’s fully functional and reasonably priced, meeting most needs. Customer support responds quickly and helps me resolve issues efficiently.

Alyssa was so helpful. very nice app for loyalty and rewards program but i hope it will be more affordable to businesses that are starting app. it has free feaures but i love the essential plan but could not afford atm.

Having some sort of rewards/refferal system has been on my to-do list for way to long! I signed up for Joy because it seemed to check all the boxes I needed. I was a little intimidated by getting everything set up so I clicked the little "help chat" button and Hana was able to get everything set up on my website super fast and without me having to try and figure it out myself! If you're worried about the set up time, just get in there and ask the team for help!

Joy is by far the most complete and customizable loyalty app I’ve tried. Setting up points rules, VIP tiers, and on-brand widgets was smooth, and the flexibility is on another level. Special shoutout to Hana from the Avada team—she answered every question quickly and helped me tailor the settings exactly to my needs. Highly recommended.

I accidentally gave more points than intended, and when I contacted support with our request, Hana's response was quick, and the issue was resolved promptly. The support was also excellent.

We’ve been using the Joy app for our jewelry brand in Switzerland, and the experience has been wonderful so far. The setup is simple, the interface is intuitive, and it integrates seamlessly with our Shopify store. Most importantly, the support team is exceptional, a special mention to Hana, who provided amazing help and guidance. She was incredibly responsive, clear, and patient while helping us resolve a configuration issue with our loyalty points. It’s rare to find such professional and friendly support.
