The app is pretty solid, but the customer support makes the whole experience even better. They are responsive and will always find a solution to your answer. Highly recommend!

I’ve had an exceptional experience thus far with Joy Loyalty. They went above and beyond to help set up my loyalty program with their 24/7 support they make any adjustments and tweaks to your loyalty program instantly. When searching for a loyalty program I was between Smile or Joy and inevitably went with Joy because of their great customer service. Daniel helped with onboarding and figuring out exactly what my loyalty program needs. Rosie has most recently helped me with my troubleshooting needs.

The app is exactly what I have been looking for. I love the small, yet impactful features, such as the points wallet feature that allows customers to see how many points they can receive per purchase. Also the customer service team is amazing.

Hana was very patient as we went thru with different test case scenarios of the apps behaviour. She was providing me all answers to various combinations and possiblites which I hadnt thought about especially notifcations. I was given an elaborate step by step test cases for multiple scenarios. I would say, he patience is her key to providing this awesome support. Great work both Hana and Avada

Finally an app that lets me build a referral program without limitations, even on the free plan. I even received personal and incredibly dedicated support to get everything set up. A huge thank you to Rosie!

Hana has assisted me on everything I have questions on regardless if it was free plan or pro plan. Very responsive, very helpful, very worthy to invest for e-commerce :D

The app has many good features and can fit most eshop. CS (especially Hana) is really helpful on all our question and bugs fixing. I can get all support from them. Thank you so much.
