The setup process is very straightforward with step-by-step guidance, which makes it easy to get started. Special thanks to Sonny for the great support — the customer service team is always available, very responsive, and helpful. Entre todos os sistemas de fidelidade que já testei, nenhum se compara ao Joy, sobretudo quanto ao time que presta suporte. Que está sempre disposta em ajudar e lhe auxiliar no mínimos detalhes. Eu não teria outra ferramenta a indicar se não o Joy, muito robusta e funcional, faz o cliente realmente querer fazer parte do programa de fidelidade. 
Mais do que super indico.
