I had a couple questions for the Joy team about the app. I was chatting with Audrey and she answered all of my questions, fast. Audrey even helped me with customized and setup all the features I asked for to get my rewards program started for my company. I do not do reviews very often when I do, its for good reason. I highly recommend this app because of the ease of use and the staff. Thank you Audrey!!! A+ service.

Hij laadt niet zoals het hoort. Er zijn dagen dat hij niet wilt opladen!
Hallo Mamma Latte Store-eigenaar, Ik wilde even checken of alles nu goed werkt met de extensie sinds we die hebben geüpdatet volgens de nieuwste Shopify-vereisten. Je had eerder aangegeven dat hij niet goed laadde en er dagen waren dat het helemaal niet werkte. We hebben je hierover al een follow-up gestuurd, maar nog niks teruggehoord. Dus ik dacht, ik stuur nog even een berichtje om te checken of het probleem nu is opgelost 😊 Laat je het weten als er nog iets niet goed werkt? Dan kijken we er natuurlijk graag opnieuw naar! Amazing customer service the team are always there to help with any issues and requests which made the set up and installation quicker and smoother! Hana helped me with all my questions in terms of which plan provides the features I were looking for such as tier memberships with different multiplier earn and redemption rates. Definitely a good app and great customer service.

We're loving the Joy app and can't wait for our customers to start earning points. It's super easy to set up and very modern compared to other apps we have tested. We got help form Alyssa today, and she was able to fix our issues quickly without troubles.
