Love this app! The team has been extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and are available every time i need them! I spoke with Sonny today & I felt like a pain with all of my questions but he was patient with me & very knowledgeable! I just set this up & I am hoping to return with satisfied customer reviews! :)

We ran into an issue where our customers weren't able to access their loyalty accounts through our website. Tracy was quick to reply, professional, friendly and got our issue resolved in a timely manner.

Firstly, I would like to say a huge thank you to Alyssa and the team. She is extremely professional and swift in her work. I didn't know how to create my loyalty page and they helped me for free with my theme and got it running on my Shopify. I am so grateful for this and highly recommended them. Thanks so much !

She was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through the entire setup process step-by-step. Audrey ensured that every detail was perfect so that we could activate and publish the app on our website immediately after our chat. Hana and Raymond were so helpful today. I spoke to Hana at length as I'm new to the app and had various questions since this is my first time launching and rewards and loyalty program. I had over 10 questions and each were answered and explained so efficiently, meanwhile Raymond was working in the background to help customise my program. Thank you both very much for such a friendly service and helping me get my program up and running.

love it, easier to use and better for me to start with than the other app I was using at first which left me a bit overwhelmed. Their customer service is amazing! I was talking to Damian whenever I had a question and he answered immediately and helped me out with everything. Recommend to everyone! :)

I've started using the Joy loyalty app, which offers numerous features. While implementing Joy (as I transition to a new loyalty system), I've received excellent support from the Joy team. I'd particularly like to thank Damian and the entire crew for their assistance.

I haven't used it for an extended period of time yet so I can't comment on whether this is entirely useful for my business but the app seems easy to use so far and customer service is good! Hopefully this works! Special shout out to Alyssa, William & Damian for your help!
