Great Loyalty program for Shopify store. Allow multiple tiers and also allows me to import current customers into the program. Many functions and set up options. However it is not easiest to set up and you do need spend a few hours to set up, but thanks to customer service Damian, Jade, and Doris, they were able to help me set up in a few hours.

I have just setup the app so I do not know how it functions yet. I did run into some setup issues and Hana immediately corrected the issue. great customer service.

Great app for loyalty points. A lot of features and the free version offers more than enough possibilities to see if it fits your store. Their customer support is fast and always happy to help. Today I received some help from Hana with upgrading our limit on transactions. Within 5 minutes it was solved and Hana even took the time to check up on our settings to see if its all set up properly. Thanks Hana!

It's an excellent rewards application. It would be ideal to have the option to exclude customers from the program based on their tags, instead of doing it individually.
