I am new with shopify and I am eager to use this app on my store. It is a great tools to increase sale and they offer FREE plans to for those who just started out. They have great customer support. I get help from Emily as I set up this app. Thank you Emily. Really recommended!

App works as good as any other loyalty program but at a fraction of the cost. Emily was very helpful in setting up the App to use with existing customer data so that all my customers were able to keep their points they've earned over the years.

This loyalty program is simple and easy to install. Still, I have to contact their customer service team via chat from time to time and they respond immediately and are helpful. My recent concern was about the timing to start and wanted to delete previous records of the points and Hana helped to delete the history and set up the rewards on the site. So finally enabled and up and running!

While searching for a new loyalty program i found Joy. Joy offers a lot of great options, previous costumer data is easy to upload and they offer a referral program in their free package and changing from my old program to joy even made my site faster! While setting up the program i bumped into some minor problems (coused by me not understanding what the app supposed to do haha) but i got great and fast help in the chat with Prakash (at almost midnight for me, amazing!) soving everything in no-time!

i've been trying to hold off this 1-star review for the longest time. the app is buggy (tons of them - functions, billing, points allocation, etc), the folks do not communicate internally and their proficiency in english is so bad that it baffles me. we migrated our loyalty program to this app in july 2023. in other words, we did a batch loyalty points import. now we have customers reporting that they have lost their loyalty points prior to the migration in july 2023, which means the points they have accumulated with us before july 2023 were lost during the migration. after 6 long days speaking to multiple people in the team (jasmine, abby, wendy and sunny), i was made to repeat and explain the issue 6 times, yet still getting the same response each time i ask for an update: THEIR APP DOES NOT ISSUE POINTS FOR ORDERS PRIOR TO OUR MIGRATION. sunny is the only one who understands what the issue really is but she does not communicate with her team and she's only available intermittently. the rest of the team don't get what the issue is. i am not asking their app to issue points for orders prior to the migration. i am reporting that points accumulated before the migration is lost and not accounted for. their proficiency in english is so bad that i am not even sure how to take this forward. please don't waste your time on this app. it's cheap but it'll cost your business. you literally pay peanuts, and get monkeys.

I had a great experience with avada’s customer service. I contacted them through their website and got a reply from abby within seconds. She was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She answered all my questions and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. She even help me reach the tech team to do my free plan problem. I was very impressed by her efficiency. She made me feel valued and satisfied as a customer. I would highly recommend avada and abby as the CS to anyone who needs a shopify app service online. Thank you, abby, for your excellent service!
