This is a great app! My customers love it and it has brought me in quite a bit of sales so it's a win win! I love when I can make my customers happy and Joy does that. Also, I reached out to support today and Audrey was so very helpful and made sure everything was just right. She also had an awesome personality and felt more like a friendly chat than a boring professional one. 10 stars for Audrey! And Joy!

App is miles better than any app out there and the support by Hana is amazing!

Hana was so great! She helped me edit the layout and format of my page in the theme editor, reached out to the devs for me and was communicative throughout the whole process. Answered all of my questions and was so helpful the whole time.

The app is wonderful as a basic means for managing a rewards and loyalty program. However there documentation is lacking and their support is horrible. I have yet to receive help with issues I have managing simple functions within it. So, if you download this app, be prepared to figure it out on your own - you'll get no help from their support team.

We migrated from other app ,and found out that the function provided by joy is Comprehensive and easy to use. The customer service is friendly and helpful, their instructions are clear. Shout out for Audrey and Hana, both of you did a great job !

Awesome app and has plenty of functionality on the free plan for new businesses getting started. Amazing, quick support from Audrey when I got stuck configuring a widget too.

By far the most reliable and user-friendly rewards program on Shopify. Every time I've reached out for support they responded quickly and solved my issue. Jasmine quickly added a feature I was missing and was very helpful. Can't beat this app for the price.

The customer support is really fast and have helped me sort out issues almost immediately. Hana and her colleagues have been really helpful. I have only dropped one-star because on the admin side of things the app is quite slow to load or save settings. Otherwise this would be a 5-star app.

I have never experienced such exceptional customer service before. I’m not very tech-savvy, but a wonderful girl named Hana helped me resolve every issue and answered all my questions. We had an issue that the widget popup doesnt show properly and it was behind the header, thanks to the professional and prompt support from Abby and Raymond , the issue was resolved. Keep up the great service you offer!
