We've just began to set up our webshop so app hasn't been used in action yet, but it was quite easy to customize. We had some issue and asked help from customer support, and we get the solution very fast, within a few minutes! It was to nice that they helped immediately!

This app is MUCH easier to use than other loyalty apps. Not complicated to set up, they offer default point plans to pick from. They also have quick and friendly customer service. Highly recommend!

We just switched over to Joy from a different loyalty program. It was a pretty painless switch overall, we were easily able to import the points from the old system into the new one. I had a few issue getting the rewards to show up on the POS (which turned out to be me just being oblivious and nothing wrong with the app), but I clicked on support and typed in my issue, within minutes Hana was able to point me in the right direction and we are fully up and running now! Highly reccomend this app for ease of use and excellent support.

I had a bunch of questions regarding how the app works and about setting up the loyalty Program, Wendy was quick with the responding and helped me to understand the use of the program a lot better. Still waiting to set it up but i think it will work wonders!
