Justy moved from another loyalty scheme. So far so good. Just working my way through integration and at the moment everything is looking great. Super helpful and responsive customer service. Hana has been great in helping me implement some of the more technical aspects. Everything was set up and working in minutes

I recently used the Joy app while building a demo store for a potential client, and I must say, their support team went above and beyond to help me achieve the perfect configuration. A special shout-out to Sonny, who was incredibly attentive and efficient throughout the process. I wanted to make some customizations, like replacing the floating widget button with a header icon, and they handled it brilliantly. Despite a few challenges, Sonny and the team were patient, provided timely updates, and delivered an amazing solution. They even customized the icon’s behavior and placement to meet my needs. Although some limitations exist (like the animation opening position), their willingness to adapt and find workarounds was impressive. This level of dedication ensures I'll choose their app for the live production site if the client approves the demo. Highly recommend this app for its functionality and unparalleled customer support! If you're lucky, you might get Sonny to assist you!

Enjoyed the functionality and depth of the features. I was able to set up my coffee club membership tiers and add start up points, bonus points and discounts for each tier. I was also able to customize member widget based on the tier. I totally loved the loyalty page that you can set up on the website , looks amazing. Excellent customer support by Alyssa, Jasmine and other support team! Amazing tech support by Nolan with in depth knowledge of the various aspects of the app and rewards program. Looking forward to reaping full benefits of the program and the app. Thank you Joy rewards and Loyalty program.

This is by far the best rewards app have seen here. Tried a whole bunch of the rest and they seemed to offer minimal cutomizations and settings, as for Joy Rewards, you are offered a whole lot of settings to toggle and switch depending on your liking. Not forgetting the support, its top notch. Wanted some custom integration and when I reached out to the team, Damian for the support and Raymond for the technical issues helped a lot in figuring out the problem and getting a solution. Am so grateful, thanks Joy Loyalty team.

I totally LOVE Joy Rewards & Loyalty Program!!! It has all the features and integrations with other apps that I want. The customer support are really proactive (Audrey and Doris did a fantastic job helping me setting up the app). So far I don't have any complaints, and will definitely continue using Joy as my default solution for rewards and loyalty feature.

So far so good! Little bit of a learning curve, but the support team has been absolutely wonderful. Hana has been wonderful help – small issue I had preventing my customers earning points for reviews, but she was able to help troubleshoot in under 5 minutes. Great work!

Hello Team, I am writing to urgently address an issue regarding our subscription. We have been using this plugin since June, but after that, we did not utilize any of the features of the app. Unfortunately, we overlooked canceling the subscription, resulting in a charge. I’d like to provide further clarification regarding the billing and status of the app. 1. Free vs. Paid Plans: Our app offers both Free and Paid plans (Pro, Advanced, and Enterprise). Your account was on the Pro plan ($29 monthly), which includes advanced features. While deactivating the app may limit its functionality, it does not automatically revert to the Free plan or stop charges. 2. App Billing and Deactivation vs. Uninstallation: While the app may have been deactivated on your store, it was not uninstalled and the charge was not canceled. Shopify’s billing system considers an app to be in use as long as it remains installed on the store, regardless of whether its features are actively used or deactivated. To stop subscription charges, the app must be uninstalled from your store. Here is a document on the app's charges for your reference: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/manage-billing/your-invoice/apps 3. Clarification on Deactivation: Deactivating the app disables its functionality on your storefront or admin but does not sever its connection to your Shopify store. This preserves your data and configurations for future use and keeps the app available for reactivation. 4. No Transactions Recorded: We’ve reviewed the app’s activity on your store and confirmed that there were no transactions during the specified period since this May 2024. However, as you were still on the Pro plan and the app was installed, subscription charges were generated by Shopify. I hope my explanation clarifies any confusion.
