Super, Hana a réglé mon problème rapidement
It's an excellent rewards application. It would be ideal to have the option to exclude customers from the program based on their tags, instead of doing it individually.

This is a great app! My customers love it and it has brought me in quite a bit of sales so it's a win win! I love when I can make my customers happy and Joy does that. By far the most reliable and user-friendly rewards program on Shopify. Every time I've reached out for support they responded quickly and solved my issue. Jasmine quickly added a feature I was missing and was very helpful. Can't beat this app for the price.

Joy is an awesome program. Sonny helped me when I had questions and concerns.
The customer support is really fast and have helped me sort out issues almost immediately. Hana and her colleagues have been really helpful. I have only dropped one-star because on the admin side of things the app is quite slow to load or save settings. Otherwise this would be a 5-star app.
I was helped by Hana. She was very nice and give me support imediately.
I have never experienced such exceptional customer service before. I’m not very tech-savvy, but a wonderful girl named Hana helped me resolve every issue and answered all my questions.
