Jade, Alicia, Cody, and Sonny were super helpful in getting our new theme's Loyalty Point page all set-up! I was having trouble with being able to add the blocks and she quickly got them in there and was very kind. Love this app. Follow-up: I needed help again, shocker! lol! Alicia was so kind and quick with providing some custom coding to make the widget work on my page by their team. Thank you so much and saved me a headache!

It is very good, the set up is seemless. The customer support is also easy to contact, especially Hana from the support helped us a lot with some issues we were facing. She was very friendly and considerate and solved the issue in minutes!

Joy is one of the best loyalty program available. In fact, we've been using a few apps by Avada because of their easy-to-use app. Love the assistance by their customer service especially Hana, she guide me well with my enquiry

I am extremely impressed with the support staff at Joy Loyalty (Avada.) Audrey and Anivia were both exceptional in addressing my concerns and swiftly resolving my issues. Their professionalism, efficiency, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I couldn't have asked for better assistance. Highly recommend their support team!

I've been using this app for a while now, and I must say it's exceptional. What truly sets this app apart is the excellent customer service. One of their support team “Audrey” is very responsive and genuinely helpful to addressing my issues. Overall, this app has exceeded my expectations in both performance and service. A little frustrating that the app is still very much in development. I ran into a lot of bugs which took awhile to work around (still working on several, actually...but we've only been setting up the app for a short time now). Kinda half-baked from a coding/development perspective. That being said, the team behind this app are very responsive and helpful. If you have the time and patience to walk through everything, you can get a pretty good thing going.
