Love this app! The team has been extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and are available every time i need them! I spoke with Sonny today & I felt like a pain with all of my questions but he was patient with me & very knowledgeable! I just set this up & I am hoping to return with satisfied customer reviews! :)

We ran into an issue where our customers weren't able to access their loyalty accounts through our website. Tracy was quick to reply, professional, friendly and got our issue resolved in a timely manner.

love it, easier to use and better for me to start with than the other app I was using at first which left me a bit overwhelmed. Their customer service is amazing! I've started using the Joy loyalty app, which offers numerous features. While implementing Joy (as I transition to a new loyalty system), I've received excellent support from the Joy team. I'd particularly like to thank Damian and the entire crew for their assistance.

I was impressed by their commitment to going the extra mile to assist you with setting up your profile. They have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and success. Their application is very easy to use.

I haven't used it for an extended period of time yet so I can't comment on whether this is entirely useful for my business but the app seems easy to use so far and customer service is good! Hopefully this works! Special shout out to Alyssa, William & Damian for your help!
