Joy is a great app, just not the one we require for our use case. The customer service is great. I needed to downgrade and uninstall the app -- Audrey in customer service was a real star (hey Joy, give Audrey a bonus!), she guided me through the entire process.

Die App hat sehr viele Reward-Features. Der Customer Support ist sehr hilfsbereit und geduldig. Bei meinem Problem konnte mir Lydia mit viel Geduld helfen. Wir nutzen die App in den EU-Store und US-Store. In EU Store haben wir die Sprachen deutsch und englisch. Leider sind die E-Mails nur in einer Sprache möglich. Es ist sicherlich ein Punkt, der abhält die App in Europa-Store einzusetzen. Deswegen ist ein Punktabzug.

We have been using this app for our three domains and it's been working really well! Customer service is really fast and efficient, both for support and for design changes. Thank you Hana and Tony for your precious help!

Just added this program to the store and so far it has been lovely. Had one hiccup but Hana came through and resolved it really quick. Thanks again and hopefully this turns out great as all the other reward apps have not been the best.

It's been easy to use, add tiers, points, and redemptions. Customer service has been great. I've dealt with Hana, and she responded to my questions with easy-to-follow instructions and direct answers. We are excited to use the app and hope our customers enjoy it as well.

Hana was absolutely amazing. Responsive and on top of it quickly. She helped with all the questions she could answer and quickly referred any dev issues to the dev team for expedition. Great app with a very responsive team.
