I was searching for the right Loyalty Program App for my shopify store... this is the best I've seen in terms of offers and especially customer service. After installing the app, I had some immediate questions and I got them answered immediately by Tracy and Pamela. My Loyalty program is up and running within minutes!! Thank you so much!!

I haven’t tried the app to see how it actually works but I need to set it up on my store and Pamela was very helpful and patient guiding me how to set it up. I’m very satisfied with their customer support and they are very fast in responding. So my review is mainly based on the customer support I have gotten from this app. Superb!

Discovered Joy when setting up my new store and I feel like this is the best bank for the buck. Friendly UI + functionality makes Joy the app to go for our store. On another note, the support team is super quick and solved our issue in a blink, thank you William!

Wow! I can't stop raving about the Joy: Loyalty Program Shopify app! It's been a game-changer for our business. Not only does it work seamlessly, but it's also incredibly user-friendly. The developer makes it seem like they plan to add new features, but they rarely add anything real. We have been using this for almost 2 years, and they have had the "Coming Soon" flag on a "Points Expiration" notification that whole time. The ability of this app is minimal in the function of a rewards program and will keep your ideas just as small. For instance, even though they have a referral program, you cannot offer points for it only straight discounts. If all you want is points when they buy, and the ability to offer discounts against those points, this handles that. Give out some points on a persons birthday too woohoo.
