Esther from support was really helpful and helped us get the whole app set up on our store removing the Joy branding and even changing the font in the code. Highly recommend.

Recently had a small tech issue with our store, I spoke to Jasmine from support and she was super helpful, they got the issue fixed promptly. Update: Had to contact Joy recently again about a modification for the widget display on certain pages. Esther and Toby were quick to get this sorted for us. Thanks! The support is very good. Keep up the good work.

I have recently installed the loyalty app yet find the app very limiting at the moment. Perhaps its because I have opted out for the free 14 trial first and after the onboarding things might improve. I am not impressed as it is user friendly but very limiting. The service and help I got from Sunny one of the client help representatives was outstanding she helped me find my way around the limited resources of the app and if it were not for her I would have deleted it. Thank you Sunny for your assistance.

The app auto created accounts for 40,000 users, then started backdating rewards to orders placed two years ago. I reached out to support, its been 4 days no answer. Buyer beware.

Very useful app, with spectacular support, Hana helped me with some verifications which I could not do and in 5 minutes she had everything done, if I have any questions I will not hesitate to contact them. Highly recommended if you want put on the web a rewards program!
