I was having an issue with a pop up. Customer service was quick to help and respond. They were knowledgable, patient and fast to solve my issue.

So far, the app has been easy to navigate & edit rewards. Esther from the Help center was very quick and helpful, she resolved a small issue i had within 5min which puts me at ease if i have any further issues/have any questions.

Easy to use! There were some things that I had to get fixed from the support team but they did it right away! Supportive Team for sure. I took away 1 star just because the "Branding" part needs more freedom for user customization. But must have app!
