Na enkele andere apps te hebben geprobeerd, kwam ik bij Joy terecht. De layout van de widget is mooi en helder, alsook de setup. Bedankt aan Hana om mij door het proces mee te sturen. Ze nam de tijd voor mijn vragen en zocht uit wat ik over het hoofd had gezien. Ik raad deze app aan!

Avada is by far the best in support and response time. The support feels like 24/7. Tahnk you Audrey, Liz, Abby, Tony, Jasmine, Hana and of course the technical staff.

I have been searching for the most user-friendly reward program to port over from my old website. Before settled with Joy, I tried another 2 apps only to discover there are so many limitations. Not only Joy has been able to meet my needs, their support team is great! A big shoutout to Abby who is always there to answer my questions promptly. Thank you! Reserving one more star as I have yet to test the app for a longer time. Shall come back to review it after 3 months.

The app has only crashed on me once so far, but it is incredibly easy to navigate and set up and customer service with Jasmine was quick and great!

We required some changes being made to how the widget displayed on our site and the communcation from the Joy team was extremely quick. Jasmine and William organised the changes with 24hrs. Great service!

Really good and easy to use app - The customer service is excellent. I had couple tricky modifications and questions how to reach the ideal outcome for our website. Together with customer service and developers, we managed to find solutions to all of my questions. The explanations and walkthoughs were really easy to understand. I recommend the app highly!

J'utilise cette application pour un supermarché en ligne et je la trouve complète. Le SAV est vraiment très réactif et répond à toutes nos questions. Merci Hallyfe et Esther ! Je lance mon site et je vais voir si les clients adhèrent à ce programme de fidélité.
