The customer service provided by team is top of the time. Most of my interaction was with Liz and Emily. There is a lot of options to customise.

Fantastic app - really good customer service which is available during working hours with quick response times. I tried many different loyalty programs - this one seemed to have the most features for the money.

Prakash was a great help in enabling and setting up this new rewards program to my website.. although I'm still learning how this works, I cannot give a review on the apps itself. Stay Tuned!!

An easy to use and easy to set up application. Customers are very happy that they can activate automatic discounts and the calculation of points is completely automatic and always very clear. The support team saved me a lot of time by always answering my questions promptly, thus speeding up the testing and online phase of the affiliate program. For now I am very satisfied!

I am just in the midst of transfering my existing customers from a different reward program to Joy. I was having issues getting all of my customers transfered but William was able to get them all transfered with ease. Thank you!

I've regularly had very quick and helpful responses from the program's support team and it has made managing a rewards program for the store much easier. There's a lot of room for customization which I appreciate. I'd like to specifically mention Lydia for being able to quickly directly point out the solution to a problem I have. Support has always been very reliable and that alone has made it a positive experience for me and it's allowed to me better offer rewards and discounts for our store's customers.

I am still in the setup phase, I was frustrated with an integration and Hana popped in and fixed it extremely quickly! If this is the level of support, I am going to love this app!

After several days with a problem with the integration with Shopify POS, the entire team has done their part to solve the errors that prevented it from working correctly. They have offered us 24-hour support, even on Sunday. Therefore we can say that we are satisfied so far, we just have to continue testing the app to offer all its benefits to our customers.
