Julianna was super helpful. Their customer service is always great!!! Awesome app. They are always prompt in answering and help with anything big or small.

Our experience thus far with AVADA has been amazing. Abby is the rep who helped us and she took the time to explain everything, showed us via screenshots how to adjust certain things, and even made great recommendations on new features coming soon. We are very excited for what is coming with AVADA. Definitely recommend it. -Simply Chrisel Team

So far this app is working great! We had some trouble with the initial set up but Jasmine from customer help was very fast to respond and helped us solve these issues. I would be great if this app could be integrated with Shopify POS and give rewards to our customer on both channels.

Great service! They are consistently adding new features per our requests, they are also currently working on the ability to fully customize the brand of your rewards popup!

I had a very wonderful experience with the chat agent named Emily. She was very quick in handling my questions and needs. She was also very proactive in helping me with upgrades. It is nice to receive wonderful customer service. That alone speaks volumes for this company. Thanks again Emily!

This is a really good app and its definitely helped increase sales. Marcus was really helpful and he helped me change some features to suit my business :)

It have a lot of customizable feature. I just chat with Marcus from the support to help me enable time expiracy module, and he did it shortly after.

Prakash was very helpful with my issue with Joy not showing up on my new Shopify Theme. The matter was resolved in minutes (less time than it's taking me to type this review!) Thank you very much for you quick service and speedy response time!
