Judge.me Product Reviews App

very effevtive

I was using a well known review app that starts with a Y, ends with an O and has OTP in the middle for years. I've gotten more reviews from our customers with this app in the past two weeks than we did in an entire year from that app we were paying over 10X the cost for. I was scared to leave and lose our reviews, but they made switching over easy. So far 10/10 experience.

Er hatte alles erledigt in sehr wenigen Minuten und gibte sich richtig große Mühe um meine Fragen zu beantworten. Sowie die kleinen und die großen Details waren für ihn wie ein Kinderspiel erledigt. Have set up the app but using Klaviyo for all mail sending (our domestic market has 3 official languages, Klaviyo is more suited to handle these complex routings). I ran into some issues with the review request trigger only being fired correctly for domestic orders though and failing on international ones. Judge.me's AI support stated that when Klaviyo is enabled, its own settings are bypassed, but this turned out to not be the case. Ron (human support) came on and quickly discovered a pattern in the events that I had totally missed. Suggested to disable Klaviyo, change internal judge.me settings and turn it back on, and it seems to have fixed everything! He lead me through the process step-by-step. Great support!

The app and the support are so far really amazing! You people should also try it out, it is simple to work with and to understand as well!
