Judge.me Product Reviews App

Excellent customer service and very quick support. Everything was handled professionally and with great care. Highly recommended!

The support team at Judge.me has been excellent. They are very friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. Whenever I had an issue or question, they provided clear guidance and helped me resolve it quickly. I really appreciate their patience and professionalism. Great support team highly recommended!

I cannot express how happy I am with Judge.me. The app is fantastic, but the support team deserves a review of its own. They have gone above and beyond. I’ve been dealing with issues around verified reviews after previously using Yotpo, and the Judge.me team has put so much effort into helping me work through them. It’s not officially resolved yet, but their communication, follow-up and commitment have already earned these five stars. After an incredibly frustrating experience with Yotpo, being treated like a valued customer has been a breath of fresh air. The Judge.me team listens, takes the issue seriously and keeps working with me towards a solution. That makes such a difference when you’re running a small business. If you’re using Yotpo and feeling unsupported, my advice is to switch to Judge.me. Thank you to everyone helping me. Your effort hasn’t gone unnoticed, and I’m so grateful. Arkeus, Andrew and Sebastian - thank you!
