Excellent app, excellent support

Great CS!

This is my first day using the free Judge.me app. The customer service has been fantastic! I had questions about transferring old reviews from a closed Etsy shop. The support response was quick and very thorough! I received numerous email responses and help in one afternoon! Although there are not as many special features offered on the free service, I am happy with the features that are available. It has taken me an afternoon to understand how all of the widget customizations work. Still figuring some of it out! Our website has never had reviews before, this is all new. I hope that it helps! It is not easy getting people to leave a review, only 5% of my Etsy customers left a review.

Helps greatly with conversion and the team Is responsive, helpful and open to ideas. Definitely recommend this review platform.

Just started using the app today and so far it's great. I little bit of a learning curve for me, but the support was awesome and fast when I had a quick question about setting the app up.

This app is so easy to use and lots of customizable option on the free version its self make it so much valuable to the user, the instruction for beginners is straightforward. 10/10 for the app and its usability.
