商品の入れ替わりが激しい業態のため、商品レビューだけでなく「ストアレビュー」もしっかりと蓄積していける点に魅力を感じて導入しました。実際に運用してみて、特に優れていると感じる点は以下の3つです。 《高度な外部連携と拡張性》 当ストアでは「CRM PLUS on LINE」や「easyPoints」と連携させて使用しています。さらに、外部の自動化ツール（Make）と連携させてレビュー依頼を送信する仕組みも構築でき、自社の運用に合わせた柔軟なフローを実現できました。 《充実したカスタマイズ機能》 ストアの要件に合わせて、ウィジェットのデザインや機能を細かく調整することが可能です。 《的確で迅速なサポート体制》 設定で不明点が出た際も、AIチャットの回答精度が非常に高く、多くは自己解決できます。有人サポートに頼る場合も、言語の壁を感じさせない極めて的確なアドバイスをいただけるため安心感があります。 あえて星を1つ減点した理由は、圧倒的なカスタマイズ性とトレードオフになっている設定の複雑さです。多機能ゆえに、設定画面の全体像を把握するのには少し時間がかかります。 初期設定のハードルは少々ありますが、それを乗り越えれば要件を妥協することなく実装できる、非常に優秀なレビューアプリです。

We have been using this app in multiple stores and it performs beautifully. There are a lot of options for personalization, for conversion improvement and great looking widgtes. Also we love that we can sync the reviews to google and to other stores that sell the same items. Highly recommend, this is amazing value for money.

Straightforward and easy to use. Marina helped me import reviews from a previous app I was using and was quick to answer all my questions and walk me through any issues. Wish I knew about this app earlier instead of paying for the other one!
