Customer service is always quick and attentive, and once you know where everything is the app is very easy to navigate. definitely the most user friendly & affordable option in the reviews market.

Es war leicht das Tool zu installieren und per Customer Support wurde auch sofort das Fabschema auf meinen Shop angepasst und es wurde mir dabei geholfen, meine Etsy Bewertungen zu integrieren. Toller Support.

Their AI assistant really helps. However, there was one little thing I couldn't figure out, and Hakima was able to quickly help and resolve the issue. I'm currently on the free plan, but will most likely upgrade in the near future so I can use more features, although the free plan gives me the basics of accepting and displaying reviews. Thanks!

Their AI support bot is very good and was able to fix my issue with the review widget in minutes. Not only that but their support checked in to ensure everything was okay afterwards. I would recommend this app for any store.

Seit längerer zeit kann ich alle Einstellungen und Inhalte, Bewertungen nicht mehr sehen, der Bildschirm ist leer. leider konnte mir der support auch nicht weiterhelfen. Die App funktionierte einmal, jetzt aber nicht mehr.
