Judge.me was very quick to respond to my question, and persisted in asking me questions, working behind the scenes, and correcting the situation - really great customer service! Why I gave only 4 stars: their response was that their widget was taking longer to update and I would just have to wait for it to update - it had already been over a month :(

Ja bis jetzt mega. Kostenlos bereits vielseitig einsetzbar und 15€ monatlich bei der bezahlten geht auch voll klar. Kann alles, sieht sehr gut aus und ist übersichtlich. Support hat extrem schnell meine Anliegen bearbeitet. Top App bis jetzt.

Nice! Except that customers cannot provide product photos from emails more conveniently.

I am amazed at how great their customer service is. Brian sorted out my issue right away and gave me valuable information too as well as fixing the issue for me in a matter of minutes. I am really happy that I have upgraded to the Awesome plan. They deserve my custom and I see Judge Me as a valuable asset to my brand. Customer service is not just excellent but the functionality options of the upgrade to the awesome plan, that is easily affordable, well - perfect for my store. I also know that if I have any issues in the future, that staff members like Brian are on hand 24/7 (its 6am here in the UK atm) and that they will sort out my issues. Thanks again Brian. I am excited for the new functions and design elements they are testing in the Beta at the moment and hope they will be rolled out (with more font customisations) across all widgets. I will be keeping my eye out. 5 stars all round.

JudgeMe is not so use friendly and support team is a joke they just act by muscle memory instructions..when we renewed our listings by duplication, we lost all the hard collected reviews.. considering how easy to import reviews from another app or another website their support and system is mysteriously difficult to transfer the reviews that are already on the same platform.

So far so good, for even the free service I got tech support better then some paid Apps
