Judge.me has been a great tool to increase trustworthiness in our store. Support has been extra helpful. Service times are quick.

Support is always good. We have some issues with their google feed integration that will hopefully work out when they become a verified partner but the app works well and doesnt charge per email sent like Loox does so we're saving thousands of dollars by using Judge.me.

Customer Service was over the top! Daniel had the patience of a biblical Job answering my questions and fixing the code I messed up. Outstanding experience!

Very helpful customer support. they changed some minor technical issue. The only feedback is to ensure that the translation doesn't use Google translate because it's terrible and it does not match with the reality when you use Deepl or another platform to translate
