I had an issue with the review modal and the team was fast to act and fix it. Can't speak highly enough about the customer service. Highly recommend this app and will recommend it to others in the future. A++

Judge.me has been a very helpful and efficient tool with social proofing my Shopify store for the last 5 years I have used it. Customer service is superb whenever I need assistance. One recent concern I had was addressed by Brian who went above and beyond, very understanding, considerate and compassionate in dealing with my request. Highly recommended!

Great customer service , I was struggling to set up judge.me as I'm not the greatest with apps and they were very helpful and responsive, even sent me a visual to make it easier !
