Very happy until now, working nicely.
This company has outstanding customer service. They really go over and exceed what you could expect. I had a small issue in the beginning and response was swift and accurate. I also had a question where I wanted judge.me to ask for reviews that were not in my shopify store but triggered by email and they offered a solution. I have not tried it yet.
I’ve been using Judge.me for quite some time now, and I’ll be honest, I was a little hesitant at first about adding another monthly cost to a small business. But it’s genuinely been worth it. Having visible, trustworthy social proof on my website has made a noticeable difference. The widgets in particular are a huge part of that, I love that I can choose exactly which ones to use and where, so everything feels intentional rather than cluttered. It’s helped my site feel more professional and cohesive. They’re also really easy to customise, which means everything blends seamlessly with my Shopify theme and brand colours, something that matters a lot to me. I recently had a layout issue with my reviews page, so I jumped on live chat and spoke to Felix from the support team. He sorted it within five minutes, and everything was back to how it should be. That kind of quick, helpful support makes a big difference when you’re running things on your own. I’ve also integrated it with Klaviyo, so I can automatically request reviews after a purchase, which has made the whole process feel effortless. As a small business, every outgoing matters, but this is one investment that’s definitely paying off.
