Great review app with excellent customer service. The app has plenty of options and an easy interface. I reached out to customer service to have them help me change the background color of the review widget. Soulaimane fixed it in a jiffy and gave me details on how to fix it myself next time when I asked.

Jess is truly a professional and highly responsible support agent, and this experience left a very strong impression on me. At the beginning, I was facing an issue where my review section would not display at all on the frontend, and even some built-in blocks in my theme were not showing properly. This made me quite confused and even led me to question the compatibility of the theme itself. In this situation, Jess patiently guided me through the troubleshooting process step by step.
