Great app, easy to set up and start requesting reviews. Had a slight issue that Tasnim helped me out with really efficiently and it was fixed wthin a couple of minutes...my doing, nothing wrong with the actual app itself.

JudgeMe is awesome! We've used it for a few years already. The app is continously improving, style editing and flow is highly configurable and the app blends really well into our site. Features to request reviews, and to incentivize reviews, also work really well and we manage to collect a decent amount of reviews continously. The importance of reviews cannot be understated and JudgeMe has become an important asset for our busuiness. JudgeMe is a strong recommend for anyone considering a review feature on their site!

Great team support from Faissal, great app

My review applies mostly to my interaction with the chatbot. It was a little confusing at first, but we figured it out in the end. I liked that the bot already knew some of the information about the reviews I’d imported, which cut down on the time I spent explaining things to it. I really liked that you can upload screenshots from memory without having to create images. The chatbot knows the system very well and quickly guided me to the answers I needed. What I really don't like about the app is that I have to wait 24 hours for my updated Etsy listings to sync.

Quick and wonderful customer service. I got a chat with Brian, helped me to solve the issue within minutes and the service is top notch.

It really really do help me a lot

This is a great app with excellent customer service. I was having trouble installing widgets on my page when a customer service rep named Van started chatting with me to see if everything was okay. I explained the issues I was facing, and she took care of everything for me. I really appreciated that. Now customers can write and share their reviews about my brand.
