I had an amazing experience! I had several reviews that I needed help with. I appreciate the fact that this app and product does it's due-diligence to ensure the authenticity of it's reviews. I had 5 that were complicated (I had to merge customer records in my shopify, I had send review links manually - instead of through the app) and they helped me resolve all the issues that were hung up ... all in the same day!

Really excellent app, love the ability to seamlessly pull in from Etsy or other marketplaces. Widgets look great. Very stable. Haven't had to deal with support because it just works. Highly recommend.

This is an amazing app for automating the review-seeking process and gives you great attractive ways to feature and display those reviews, too. I'm not a super technical person, but this was incredibly easy to set up and get running in a short amount of time, gives you a ton of options to make it work perfectly for your specific needs, and it just runs quietly and takes care of itself, I don't really have to worry about it. The one time I had to contact support (because I broke something in my DNS, that's on me lol) they were SO helpful, I got an initial answer literally within a couple minutes, and when that person had to escalate to someone else, they were also in touch crazy fast and had my issue fixed in no time at all. And that's as a free user! I couldn't be more impressed with both the function of the app and the team behind it.
