I was getting totally frustrated trying to install Judge.me through Shopify and then I noticed a help you line ,dealt with a bot ,which did not help me and then Kima ,a live person came on line , who was calm,professional,read my situation and quickly helped install the app.I was greatly relieved and very impressed with the service given.Ten out of ten !

I'm really satisfied with this app. I'm using this app for 3 years now. Honestly I never even considered to change to any other review app. Their support team is also really great

I was having an issue setting up the app in my shopify store. I reached out to their support team with the issue and within 2 minutes I had a live representative working with me to get the issue resolved in just a few minutes. If their customer service is any indication of how the app is going to function in my store, I cant wait!

Very good App and easy setup. I wish there were more settings options for the texts. For Germany, it would be necessary to distinguish between formal and informal forms of address in the message texts. But overall I really recommend this App.

Our experience so far is great. Great support, solved our issue in a minute. Customisation is fantastic, widgets look amazing in our store – what more could you ask :)

Really fast and I suprised they actually solved it, I thought I would be stuck for days but they resolved it in a few minutes amazing support!
