Worst mistake of my life was installing this app into my Shopify site.
We’re really sorry to hear this, and we completely understand how upsetting an unexpected charge can be. Based on what we can see, this may be related to how Shopify handles subscriptions when a store is temporarily closed and then reopened, app charges can automatically resume unless the plan is downgraded beforehand. We attempted to reach out privately to help resolve this and offer a refund or app credit where applicable, but unfortunately our message wasn’t delivered successfully. If you’re able to contact us via the email linked to your Shopify admin or through our live chat, we’ll prioritize your case and make sure this is sorted quickly and fairly. We truly apologize for the frustration and would appreciate the chance to make things right.

The Judge.me advisors are very helpful. They direct you to make the best choices for you business and would directly guide you or would help you with any other problems you have. Thanks Judge.me for being the best review importer app on shopify. :)

Very nice plugin, good support + fair/clear pricing instead of upgrading compared to others. Also good way to custimize and also supports auto translation wich is a very cool feature.

My experience with the support from Judge.me support live agent Abderrahman, is absolutely fantastic! This is how it should be, he was excellent, friendly, very very knowledgeable & patient with me asking too many questions on the setup of the Judge.me app. I really appreciate his assistance and help and also to Judge.me, you should hire more staff like Abderrahman! Thank you man!
